Sub-fertile bulls are common, and the cost of a soundness exam is vastly outweighed by the cost of having a group of cows not in calf or a drawn out calving period.

We assess not only the number of cows in calf but also analyse those not in calf and possible causes, including duration of calving, body conditions, heifer management and infectious disease control.

We can calculate pelvic area, allowing you to choose not to breed from animals with particularly small pelvises to help reduce the need for intervention.

We vaccinate cattle against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis, bovine respiratory disease, leptospirosis, bovine viral diarrhoea and Johnes disease.
